MCALLEN, July 15, 2026 — The Texas A&M University Higher Education Center at McAllen (HECM) has selected Will Wynn ’84 as executive director, effective Monday, July 13, 2026.

Congratulations to our Dr. Chukwuzubelu Ufodike on being named the 2025-2026 Professional Technologist of the Year by the NSBE Professionals | National Society of Black Engineers.

The award recognizes Dr. Ufodike's technical achievement, professional impact, mentorship and service in the areas of AI-enhanced additive manufacturing, digital manufacturing, engineering education, mentorship and STEM pipeline development.
